Would you like to find tools to naturally prepare for and recover from trauma?

Over the last decade Stayafloat Tools has been developing effective techniques to manage stress using our unique SHIP method. However information is not transformation. Knowing what is good for me does not make me do it. I need motivation. Group meetings and music are both effective motivators. And so we have created My Club Thrive.
Our goal is to create a series of independent groups gathering to enjoy community and music and to practice functional fitness using the SHIP curriculum. They can be in restaurants homes schools and offices. They have no hierarchy or stigma. There is no diagnosis or discussion of problems. We are solution based and we provide the space for individuals to each reach their own.
In 12 weeks you will learn how to create a personalized functional fitness program for yourself or others. You will learn about the brain and behavior. You will receive resources and tools to start your own meeting for fun or profit.

Using the Stayafloat Healthy Image Project curriculum based on lessons learned in Behavioral Psychology, Personal Training and Sailing Instruction, My Club Thrive takes an all-inclusive stigma-free self discovery approach that is centered around cultivating self-awareness, identifying values boundaries and goals, and creating actionable steps to move forward. We provide safe and non-judgmental spaces for people to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes. We practice meta communication techniques along with a variety of research based activities. We train facilitators and create interactive materials.
