Some think seniors don't have the energy to regularly participate in activities, but the reason they are tired or sleep all the time is that inactivity has drained their energy.
Club Thrive Senior Activity Center is the only recreation facility that caters to those seniors who have become inactive due to age-related changes. By following a carefully crafted activity schedule that uses proven methods, we make sure that while our members are having fun and making new friends, they are also becoming as strong as they can be. Through consistent participation, we are able to help them diminish and even prevent costly, life-altering cognitive and physical changes.
Activity abounds in our gym, which features
an indoor area for walking, an exercise
and dance floor and hosts a wide variety
of programs designed to improve strength,
balance and overall physical fitness.

addresses members’ cognitive goals in a
fun environment of acceptance through
interactive, science-backed brain training.
Options for nonstop fun include a myriad
of puzzles, books, music, cards and board
games. Members can also enjoy a friendly
game of pool or ping pong or pick from
numerous other engaging activities.
Members showcase their inner artist
through endless choices of stimulating
craft, music, art and STEM projects.
Full day members are served a delicious
lunch based on the Mind Diet and everyone
enjoys snacks, organic coffees, teas and spa
water throughout the day.
