Hello and thanks for joining!  Your presence here is so important!  Not only are you taking a step toward a more functional self you are motivating others to do the same!  My Club Thrive started in Baltimore MD and grew out of the national unrest, covid pandemic, and general feeling that people seem more angry addicted and depressed than ever.  There simply are not enough therapists to handle it all, which means there must be another way to help people help themselves....join the Club <3
